Since the previous review Hairguard has offered to send me a new bottle of the product as there is a chance I had a spoiled batch. Great service! I purchased the scalp elixir about 2 months ago and have been using it most days since. My one main feedback on the this product is that it does not smell at all nice!! I'm surprised not to be seeing more comments on this in the reviews to be honest. I'm guessing that the smell is to do with a combination of all the natural ingredients perhaps?? I can't say that I have noticed a huge difference in my thinning patch since using 8 weeks ago but in terms of all the natural ingredients, it can't be doing any harm - and if it starts to yield good results I won't care about how it smells!! And you probably need to give these products at least 6 months to make any sort of difference so time will tell. I would agree that the customer service at Hairguard is very good. I had a delay on my order and they threw in a free derma roller so that was pretty decent of them.
