I received customer service as it should be from the staff at HAB. OK, I had to pay for it but it wasn't expensive to have my ears syringed and feel good again. The last time I had this done on the NHS, I was given a 1.00pm appointment....the nurse was over half and hour late and then passed me on to a junior nurse who didn't seem to know what she was doing and did a poor job.
