Surveyed the property then came to clean gutters and facia He forgot it was a 3 storey house and said he might not be able to do top facia, when he said he had finished the job I pointed out that he had missed 2 of the lower facia boards (after he had packed up his van) so he cleaned these reluctantly, after all the facia boards had been cleaned all our windows where covered in dirty water marks from the equipment he used (a long pole and brush,)
