The level of fraud taking place on gumtree is ridiculous, once I post a new ad I receive at least 3 fraudulent msgs - sort it out. This isn't even the issue.
You spent money on the latest UI changes and for the life of me I cannot figure out why, complete waste of time and money. You have added unnecessary clicks to the process (go look up anything about design and you'll realise this is bad). The old UI was spot on, zero complaints with it!
