Gumtree has on line - 'change your password.' goody I say.....Easy just punch in your email address to verify its you. Says to check spam just in case. So after no results there. It says that if you don't get an email to contact them! That's a lot harder than that. Heaps information not related to the 'change of password.' time wasters...I'm changing all my passwords as my phone has been compromised. So please Gumtree. Don't bother offering a change of password 'service' to not be able to access or use it. Or a possibility it cannot be accessed. Bad Company policy. Still can't change my password. It's a security solution for me. Is it a security value to Gumtree? if someone is using my account?possibility? Seems not a problem with Gumtree. I've repeatedly put in my usual password. It wont accept it. So all I want is a new password for my Gumtree account. Don't waste people's time by putting up an email address to change the password if it doesn't work. Dont make it hard for people to change their passwords. People are trying to protect their security issues. It should be easy to use.
