The service was excellent. When I had a delivery issue Guide rang me within 10 minutes of sending an email.
Sadly the clothes didn’t fit so had to return. My full refund arrived in my account within days of returning the package.
The only negative was having to pay £15 to return by recorded delivery but I was aware there would be a cost.
Overall I would be happy to use again.
