I was surprised I was able to place an order for products, and pay - to then be told they weren't in stock and delivery would take up to 3 weeks.
Fortunately I didn't have to pay my CC bill but again I was surprised to have been billed for the items on order, before you had them and before they were dispatched.
Satisfied with products.
