I purchased a wood carving V chisel from you. It was not what I wanted, I got in contact with a sales person and tried to explain, It was may intention to keep the chisel and purchase one more suitable to my needs. Your very rude sales person got quite irate and accused me me of shouting I tried to explain that I suffered COPD and Asbestosis and that I could not shout even if I wanted. I was not prepared to discuss the matter with this person any longer, terminated the call and spent the £70 with another company. i I will never deal with your company again certainly not recommend your company to anyone.
