I was disappointed to see three knots in a lime carving blank 65x260 x407mm. Shaun said this was normal in large blanks and offered to arrange collection and a refund but declined my request for a goodwill discount in place of the collectin/delivery charges that would be incurred by returning the blank, C'est la vie
