I ordered a specific piece of 3/8" Dowel--it was packed , 40com length, weighed 60gm.
The cost was £0.54 incl VAT. However G&S used a courier who listed the minimum weight as 2kgm and it cost in the end £6.49 and 4 days, as courier had delays. With a little initiative, it could have been posted for one or two pounds, and received in less time. so product was good, but process costs could be improved to impress customer.
