I am very pleased with my purchases but less pleased with TNT. I received my consignment today 19/03/2024, it would appear it got stuck in their Ridgemont depot and the tracker just simply said delayed. I could not speak to a real person to find out whether it was lost, my fear was that it had gone to Guernsey Ohio in the States as has happened in the past with TNT. By contrast, a replacement hinge for my cooker that I ordered the day after I placed my order with you came by Royal Mail on Thursday 14/03/2024.
