Parcel got lost in transit. 4 days after ordering I still wasn’t offered a replacement. I was told fedex would investigate where it was. I’m now told it’s been located and could possibly arrive today. I haven’t even been refunded the postage cost. And now I’ve been asked to review it before it’s even arrived. Terrible customer service. Will definitely shop elsewhere in future.
