Ordered 5 x 6mm Ash dowels which I had intended to use in a guitar repair. None of the dowels were 6mm? Four were between 5.7 & 5.81mm? & the other is 5.88mm with a 'flat side' that s 5.42mm? (ie. Oval) --- Not good!!!!
