we ordered 2 shelves of ash and 2 of oak. Unfortunately the oaks were not matched and it was hard to see whether one of them was the ash or the oak. We asked about a replacement and were rebuffed with the comment that these were 'natural products and there is always some variation.' Not very helpful and frankly disappointing lack of customer care in picking out the product to be sent in the first place, and then in the response.
