I finally received the Architrave ordered. Communication was not customer friendly, if any, I found quit abrupt. From the going to workshop message I had to wait almost a week to be told it was a large parcel and would take 14 'working days' to receive. I needed 2x 1m strips of Oak for architrave and postage cost as much as item..I should have collected it myself as only 35 miles away. Only ordered out of desperation of product. Communication needs to be addressed... yes, I have worked in successful sales environment and communicated to my customers.
