Initial conversation with Matt confrontational when I was trying to establish that the wrong size dowels had been sent.
It transpires that an error has occurred in your warehouse/ distribution dept. who selected a smaller diameter dowel than that ordered. I had previously been told that there was an out of stock delay but the incorrect dowels turned up by the next day or so.
