I ordered a product by 12:55 on 23rd October 2018, and as at 22:20 on 30th October, i still have not received my order by standard delivery. According to deliveries and returns, products ordered before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually shipped the same day. Even if it wasn’t shipped on the 23rd, that is still allowing 5 if not 6 working days for delivery. In this day and age for an item weighing no more than 150g, I expect when paying over £3 for postage that my order would take less than a week to receive. I also take issue with the fact that apart from acknowledgement of payment and order, that is the only communication received. It is almost as if once payment is received, Groomers fails to care about their customers. I think that Groomers needs to review its customer care policy, ensure that they let customers know when a product can be expected. There is nowhere that says when a product can be expected, and nothing on the confirmation email apart from ‘standard delivery’. This is the second time I have had to query the speed of delivery of items, and quite frankly it’s not good enough, especially when I asked for the item to be delivered to my sister’s address and tomorrow I return to Scotland. This level of service makes me question a, would I recommend your company and b, would I ever purchase goods from you in the future?
