I purchased a bath on legs (with a ramp) because bending over to wash my dog was starting to make bathtimes too uncomfortable for me, and because I'm just starting to be a home-visit dog groomer and not all my clients have a bath in their homes. The estimated delivery for the parcel was a week away, but it ended up coming 2 days later, without warning (would have preferred an email update). The bath itself came in great condition - no severe damage to the packaging, all the components were there, and nothing had been damaged in transit. Despite the missing communication step, I found this first experience of Groomers Professional's shop site to be helpful and met expectations.
