Pet grooming hair dryer I needed to replace the hose for was out of stock so spoke to your team who confirmed that should be back in stock at end of March and they would put me on waiting list and email me when back in stock. That didn't happen so it was pure luck that I happened to be browsing and noticed they were in stock. Products great, customer service could be better.
