I returned my shoes and asked for the next size up to be sent over a week and a half ago. I still have not even received confirmation that Grisport have them although Royal Mail say they were delivered on the next working day. I wish I had sent them back and bought some from somewhere else instead. I love Grisport shoes and boots, though, not so keen on their service.
