The shoes and package arrived swiftly and in good order. Wife loves the shoes. However we also had some other items one of which is faulty. Despite emailing Grisport to let them know there is a fault with one of the products they have failed to contact us back. This is quite unusual as we have previously found them to be good in customer service. If they get back to me I will change my review
