I am a novice with VOIP communications but felt there had to be something better than my existing telephone service. I chose GRiP based on reviews and research I did along with value for money. I placed my order and was dealt with promptly and efficiently, given access to an online system management portal and detailed information on setting up and provisioning of my second-hand phones. Initially, I found the portal daunting, but that was my inexperience. A number of messages with Alasdair at GRiP helped me to get my head around things and on the right track. I did initially have an issue with calls from mobiles being received with missing audio, however, this was due to a setting in my router and once I switched off SIP ALG it has behaved flawlessly since. Call quality is excellent and the silence from nuisance calls is a welcome relief!
