My Ryanair flight arrived late, the Greenemotion office was closed, we couldn't pick up the car, we went the next day and they had canceled the reservation and they didn't give me a car for the four days left until the end of the reservation or the money , I had also taken out additional insurance with rentalcover and they didn't care. My booking number with Greenmotion was 783948862 on 02/04/2024 at Edinburgh Airport and my insurance with rentalcover was 8A8T-K3TY-INS.
