I came across the greenhouse stores while browsing for a new a new greenhouse on line. I had already seen the one I wanted on another site but they were more expensive. I bought on line which was a simple straightforward process and was promised delivery within two weeks. After ordering I decided to add a water butt and so had to call the company their customer service was excellent they were both helpful and friendly. Because of work commitments I needed delivery on Saturday this was no problem , the delivery man was friendly and happy to put the components exactly where I wanted them. There was a delay with installation I had to wait another two weeks but again the installer was helpful and agreed to carry out the work without me being present. Unfortunately one pane of glass was broken droning the installation this was replaced within two weeks. Overall the whole process of purchase and installation went off well despite a few hiccups and I would highly recommend buying from this company who have very competitive prices and great customer service
