Good product and service, by and large. My frame was fine, but the glass delivery had mistakes in it. After discussion, Greenhouse Stores agreed to send a further consignment of glass, although I had to wait about 5 weeks for it to be delivered. This delivery was correct, and I completed the greenhouse with it. I had to cut one sheet of glass to suit the louvre ventilator I had bought, which I think is poor to expect the customer to cut glass. It took a long time to make - over a week of full days (14ft x 8ft greenhouse). You need a suction gripper to safely install the roof glass.
