The failed to keep a delivery date and said it would be about 2 months later than promised. I had already built the foundation, for what was an unusual shape summer house, so I could not purchase a different one without having to change the foundations. When asked for a discount they said no. Kind of annoyed as I wanted a summerhouse for summer (this year) and I thought I would save myself some time by getting one delivered rather than make it myself. Should have just made one myself. I'd be sat in it right now...
