I have used Down to Earth several times in the past and I have always been impressed by the professionalism, efficiency, organisation, and hard work, and like in the past, I remain very pleased with the service.
However, I expected (although not specified by me), that the branch tips at the top of the beech tree, the lateral tips approaching the neighbouring garden, together with the few branches at the very low level would be removed, but did not.
