Nice friendly people, worked well. But there are still a number of roots that have not be ground out and which are very difficicult yo remove without the gear. I don't really blame the crew for this as they would have been difficult to spot amongst the detritus of the job. My recommendation would be to offer both a removal and a removal and claring service - so far I have made 4 estate car loads of roots and gereral grime to the dump and it is the removal of this that has revealed the stumps. Realistically I couldn't have expected the team to have done this in the time they had but the stumps shouldn't still be there. There was also a previously chopped down shrub right next to the hedge which was left in siru which seemed a littly petty when there was 100 yeards of hedge ot be got rid of. This aside very pleased.
