We have used Down to Earth Trees for many years. On this occasion the work needed to be carried out on two visits, because a large apple tree had not dropped its leaves by the scheduled visit Christmas week, although the other trees were ready for pruning, and this work was done most satisfactorily. The apple was pruned last week in the wettest conditions for over 20 years. As usual, everything was done properly and the site was left in immaculate condition. I have met the team of the day on other occasions, and, despite being soaked, they carried out the work conscientiously and in good humour. Needless to say, we shall be inviting them again.
