They’ll let you get into debt before telling you you should switch your monthly payments. Left company and paid final sum they requested (despite multiple conversations about incorrect final balance). 2 weeks later revived letter from law firm demanding repayment (again this had been paid already and even received confirmation email from green star saying our balance was now £0.00) Money grabbing Worst energy supplier
