I can't fault the service but the Slug and Snail Traps plus bait do not work. Not a single slug has been lured into the traps and, when I put three snails in there to test the claim that the creatures can't escape, they climbed out and wandered back to my lettuce. What a waste of money. The copper bands, on the other hand, are brilliant.
