Bee "hotel" came very quickly but package was bashed in the post and the hinged roof was torn off. Managed to fix it using larger screws rather than bother to send it back. Bees not interested so far - much prefer the old one in the garden! Marked down because of damage, although I realise that this wasn't your fault.
