It was o.k. But with the last order I included a rose for my watering can with larger holes to accommodate the nematodes. Firstly it did not fit any f the three cans that I have, and it turns out was very expensive compared to what is available quite widely. I rang to complain, the complaint was dealt with very competently and a return label supplied, I sent it back that day but despite emailing you I have still not had a credit on my debit card.
