This is my first order with Green Gardener. I spoke to customer service this morning about microscopic Ladybird Larvae I purchased & that I was dissapointed. The colleague of GG said the Ladybird Larvae were very small but I said they were microscopic & smaller than a pin head and that you would need a powerful microscope to see the Ladybird Larvae. I heard all about how she had brought Ladybird Larvae herself & put the larvae in several paper envelopes around her allotment & now she has ladybirds. She suggested I call back in a week. I've been completely fobbed off!
