On 29.11.22 I ordered a Bumble Bee Nest. It arrived with several bits of bark missing or dislodged and the side 'wall' loose with the nails exposed. It had to be repaired and glued before it could be given as a present. For an additional cost of £5.99 I ordered a Bee Field Guide but was sent a Guide to British Bats which I don't want and will return. Please send me a Bee Guide
