Your product was fine, but delivery was dreadful, I had email to say it would come on the Saturday, it did not. Sunday I had text message to say it had been delivered to my neighbour Kenegie Manor, this is a holiday park , I had to make a round trip of 3 miles to collect it , the reception was closed I had to find someone to find my parcel. I accept this is not your fault but I think you should take it up with parcel force.
