The product I received was very good quality. The customer service was amazing. I ordered the wrong quantity in error and called customer service. They picked up straight away, were very polite and sorted out my problem immediately. The only problem I encountered was that delivery isn't free, I would have ordered much sooner if it was and possible more items. I also didn't really like that the antler I bought was drilled in the middle to put a tag through. It seems a bit wasteful to do this and I've bought antlers before that just wrap the tag around. Other than that I think that the antlers are very good because I always struggle to get split antlers and these are generously sized. Usually they will say they are 'large' but are smaller than I want. I didn't even get the largest one you offer and it was much bigger, cut better and seemed healthier.
