My dog goes crazy for Green and Wilds products. A recent order had an item missing due to the package coming open in the delivery drivers van (not Green and Wilds fault). After a phone call to a most friendly and helpful customer services dept, a replacement item was dispatched immediately which I received the following day. Great service, great products.
