I think this is a great idea and the thought of having this means so much to her so the effort is/was worth it. My only issue was the "download" procedure could be better explained at the outset. The 18x24 print in satin came out very nice and for about the same cost overall, I got to pick the frame style and the "museum" quality of the display glass, dry mounted so it won't slip or wrinkle are options. The interaction with Dennis was great and helpful! 4.5 stars really!
