It was a very seamless process with great communication from GreaterSkies on everything. After purchase I had a concern because I did not see the charge for several days on my credit card, but was assured within an hour of messaging that all was fine. They continued to follow up. The product was as expected and was delivered far ahead of the predicted date, which was a very pleasant surprise. It was originally predicted to arrive on October 14 and came on September 28th. It was a gift and the option to send a communication on it was also offered, which I did not realized would be. I will post a picture once it is up on my niece's wall. All in all a good experience and I would definitely order again.
