Addendum to my review below-Greaterskies did get back to me about two/three day after my original email. They were very apologetic for the delay and made the changes I asked for, though it was too late for my project. Greaterskies then gave me a FULL REFUND on my order as well as sending me the file. I had the original printed on canvas and the recipients LOVED it! Though things started out rocky with Greaterskies, they completed stepped up with their customer service. Will definitely be ordering again. Was excited about the product and ordered a map for download. Before finalizing I had a question which I sent to Greaterskies and received no reply other than a confirmation that my email had been received. I needed the map for a wedding gift so finalized my order without my question being answered. Now my Greaterskies map page will not allow me to download the file I paid for. I emailed them again-who knows if I will get a reply.....
