Ordered a Dakine Boot Pack DLX 75L late on 2nd January but the bag that arrived early on the 5th was the 50L version. Disappointed, I contacted Gravity Protection (GP) by e-mail and received an almost immediate reply with an apology for a miss-picked item, requesting I return the bag at their cost (been here before with others who failed to refund postage). I emailed GP the postage receipt and the next day my new bag arrived (I live in Essex) and the postage was refunded into my account. In short, GP got it wrong but put it right without fuss, blame or excuses - just brilliant service. Everyone can get a 5* when it goes right but GP deserves this 5* for putting it right without any stress or aggravation for me. The bag itself is large and comfortably accommodates my size 29 ski boots with room to spare. Very happy with the service and product. Thank you Gravity Protection,
