Paid £20 for a grafter, made arrangements for him to start, never showed up on the day, did not answer his phone or return my calls. We were totally let down and lost £20 for the bad experience. I reported this to Grafers as I think there should be a refund for lake of service or at least a credit so some elec can be hired. We have no confidence in this service and therefore will not be risking paying again only to find ourselves at a loss.
