Absolutely awful. I ordered a phone to be delivered next day and paid for the highest postage option. The order states it’s been delivered but I was in all day and have received nothing. I contacted the company straight away to look into this and they’re asking me to wait over 7 weeks for an investigation, whilst I’m still paying off the finance on the device. They have reported the device as stolen and therefore it is completely unusable anyway, yet still will not come to a resolution with me. I have also asked Victoria on email for a customer service number multiple times, which she will not offer. So I am stuck speaking via email to the company and receiving the same useless replies. AVOID!!! I chose insured postage up to £750 and it has been left somewhere - god knows where!!! Now I’m left out of pocket and without the device!
