I originally visited the shop for a Thomas Saba bracelet for a gift. I was informed that they weren't on the shop for anymore and I would have to look on the website and order from there. That's what I did, but I also rang the shop to ask if they could also bring a selection of charms to the shop when I collected the bracelets. I arrived to pick up my bracelets, as I also purchased another for myself but there were no charms there. I was surprised that the stock was only upstairs and wondered why I was sent away earlier to order on website when the lady could have easily walked up stairs to bring then down. A lot of wasted travelling home time, waiting time and inconvenience.
