I am so disappointed as I still haven't received the Ted Baker earrings I purchased for my friend's birthday and this is after sending a chasing email to which Grace & Co have not replied. My friend's birthday has now passed and as I had spent money on the earrings I had to explain why there was no present. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
