Very disappointed with the gold earrings I bought for my daughter's 50th birthday. Upon receipt of them, they were clearly intended for a child, but this wasn't mentioned in the item description!
I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company by way of email, but have had no response.
I therefore am unable to complete the rest of this questionnaire, as I haven't had any contact with the company!
