The branded bags we received were printed well and very good quality however service was slow and not proactive. We had shared artwork on December 19th a colleague and I then sent multiple chaser emails to place the order so that it would arrive for our deadline, but we received no response. I called Go Promotional on 2nd Jan and our order was handled well and arrived for the deadline but, we did have to pay an additional cost to air freight our order which could have been avoided if Go Promotional had responded to us in a timely manner. If I had never called I fear, we would have just been ignored which is not ideal.
