Very keen to secure the order, but the after sales service was shocking, down to not being able to trace the shipment after it had been dispatched, nor provide any update as to when it would be delivered - eventually missing the “guaranteed” delivery slot, and therefore not being able to be sent to the event these items were needed at.
When the items eventually turned up, the boxes were damaged/open and in a really poor condition.
Overall a good product but awful customer focus and awful customer service.
