If I was very picky I might complain about the lead time, which was a few months. But in all fairness the lead time was made clear from the very beginning. The process of getting my visuals put together was very helpful, the staff I dealt with by email were friendly and forthcoming with information and the product is absolutely spot on. Everyone loves our plastic free jute bags. I am sure I will be ordering from GoPromotional again at some point and would definitely recommend.
